Minsk is Irrelevant

It's completely irrelevant if they sign any agreement in Minsk or not. Comrade Putin will violate any treaty as soon as he finds it useful. And he will pretend that it was not him, but some strange soldiers on vacation.

The only way how to stop Russian aggression is:

1. To deploy NATO forces along Ukrainian side of the line of demarcation.
2. To arm Ukraine.
